Eemits Communications provide a reliable stress free repair service.  We will repair your equipment whether it was purchased from Eemits or an alternative supplier.  As the pace of people transferring to digital radios keeps growing, you will be pleased to know that our engineers are kept up to date with the software that operates these radios and are experts in diagnosing any issues with software.

We have a team of in-house specialist 2-way radio engineers, trained by radio manufacturers.  Our engineers will carry out your repairs with genuine manufacturer replacement parts (we keep a large stock of genuine parts on site) at our workshop or if necessary we will repair your equipment on your site.

By having your repairs carried out by Eemits you will obtain the following benefits:

  • 1 day fault/repair diagnosis.
  • On average a 5-7 day turnaround on repairs and many of our customers take advantage of our optional collection and delivery service.
  • 3 month warranty on all work carried out.
  • You will be issued with a quote before any repair work is commenced, ensuring that you are aware of any repair work that is required.  If it is deemed that your equipment is beyond economical repair, we will notify you as soon as we can to arrange a suitable solution for you.
  • All equipment sent to Eemits for repair is logged with a unique reference number to allow for full traceability.  Eemits will keep full fault records for the life of the radio.
  • Stringent quality processes for diagnosis and repair are adhered to in-line with our ISO 9001 accreditation.
