Eemits Communications Ltd is a growing technology solutions business based in Middlesbrough and we are looking to appoint a New Technical Field Sales Manager to join our team. We have been established for 30 years and are undergoing substantial growth and expansion within our marketplace by delivering quality focused solutions and developing reputation for excellent service.
This is a new position that has been created as a result of developing a unique value proposition using Hardware and Software as a Service to help organisations work more efficiently and safer, using mobile devices. The Role
As Technical Field Sales Manager, you will take ultimate responsibility for developing, planning and delivering campaigns to increase sales from brand new business opportunities. Duties will include:

  • Generating new sales appointments utilising a variety of marketing techniques;
  • Compiling and presenting written quotations/tenders and face to face meeting;
  • Building and maintaining an opportunity pipeline;
  • Exceeding allocated sales targets and achieving allocated KPI measures.

Criteria

Requirements
  • Strong technical field based business development experience;
  • Proven background in sales processes opening and sales closing
  • Demonstrable career experience of achieving ambitious sales targets etc.,
  • Proven background in successfully selling 'new to market' innovative, technical solutions such as software, mobile and wireless devices;
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal strong problem solving skills including the ability to 'think on their feet' when faced with challenging questions in the sales environment

Annual Salary
Negotiable based on experience + uncapped commission structure + car/car allowance + pension + laptop + mobile phone + 25 days' holiday (in addition to statutory public holidays).
