Eemits Communications Supports Bark in the Park 2026

At Eemits Communications, we believe that staying connected is about more than just technology—it’s about supporting the community that connects us all. That is why we are absolutely delighted to announce that, once again, we will be providing Teesside Mind with a full, free-of-charge two-way radio hire for their upcoming Bark in the Park event.
What is Bark in the Park?
For those who haven’t yet experienced the wagging tails and community spirit of this fantastic day out, Bark in the Park is Teesside Mind’s flagship annual fundraiser.
Taking place on Saturday, 9th May 2026, at Stewart Park in Middlesbrough, the event brings together dog lovers from across the region for a day of fun, competitions, and awareness. From agility demos and ‘Enviro-fun’ sessions to the highly anticipated dog show classes, it is a highlight of the local calendar that raises vital funds for mental health services across Teesside.
Safety and Connection: Why Radios Matter
Running a large-scale public event in a space as vast as Stewart Park is no mean feat. With hundreds of families, four-legged friends, and volunteers scattered across the grounds, clear communication is the backbone of a safe and successful day.
By providing our digital two-way radios free of charge, Eemits ensures that the Teesside Mind team can:
Coordinate instantly: From managing the dog show rings to directing traffic and stallholders.
Ensure Safety: Enabling rapid response for any first aid requirements or lost dog (or owner!) scenarios.
Save Costs: Every penny saved on equipment hire is a penny that goes directly toward local mental health support, including advocacy, counselling, and wellbeing resources.
