Eemits Enhances Site Security at New SeAH Wind Factory

Eemits Communications is proud to reveal the work it has been undertaking during the construction of the new SeAH Wind monopile factory in Teesside.
To help the site remain safe and secure, we are providing Wilson James - and contracters on site - with reliable communication, in the form of two-way radios and site infrastructure. The radio devices ensure construction work continues at pace, and site safety and security risks are minimised.
The partneship comes following a successful SeAH Wind "meet the buyer" event - where representatives from Eemits and Wilson James struck up an agreement that sees both companies working alongside each other to help construct the soon-to-be world's largest monopile factory.
The site sits at Teesworks (part of Teesside's Freeport), and the investment in the area is helping businesses like ours to secure crucial contract wins.
Making Teesworks work for local businesses
Speaking about the SeAH Wind project at Teesworks, Craig Matthews, Managing Director of Eemits Communications, said: “As a local telecommunications provider, we’ve seen the region transition over the years from heavy industry to renewable energy.

Eemits in renewables
The project strengthens our presence in the renewable energy sector, where we already partner with global leaders.
This includes providing comms for EDF Renewables' UK wind farm portfolio, and for GE Renewables at the Able Port, in Seaton Carew, as part of their role on Dogger Bank wind farm. We also have onshore solutions in place with Equinor at Dogger Bank, focusing on substation and O&M base two-way communication.
